I met Paul in 2003 when I transitioned from NYC to South Florida. He hired me to be the Administrative Assistant for his recruiting firm AnswerQuest. When I accepted the position, I had no idea that Paul was never looking at me as just an employee. Paul has been instrumental in my career development. I was ten years into my career out of college and had only been with one company when I found Paul. I had no idea what I wanted to do next. I was somewhat lost and nervous, but I knew my choice would be based on the mentor I would be working with. Paul really impressed me. He was passionate, engaging, and had a proven history of success. Paul and I enjoyed significant success together as well as becoming life-long friends. I recall and still use some of the most important life lessons Paul taught me.
