Step 1:  Take The Highlands Ability Battery

You’ll receive a personalized registration key code, which will enable you to complete the online assessment from anywhere, including home, school or work. Once you have completed your assessment, an appointment will be scheduled with you to review the results.

Step 2:  Review Your Results

The assessment results will then be sent to you electronically in detailed reports. You will learn about jobs that may be best suited for you along with thorough information on the roles and responsibilities that would complement your aptitude, all based on your HAB profile assessment information.

Step 3:  Review With Paul Allen, Your Highlands Consultant

Your result reports will then be reviewed during a comprehensive engaged session with your consultant, in which the goal is to assist you in interpreting the results so you can start focusing on your strengths and natural abilities. Together, you will create a plan of action in line with your career objectives – ready to deliver real-world results.

Step 4:  Develop Your Personal Vision and Goals

Paul Allen will work with you to help develop your personal vision on your career and life goals, as well as identify the tools you will need to succeed, all based on the Highlands Ability Battery results and feedback interpretation. You will receive guidance on how to enable yourself to make future decisions with confidence, helping you find the happiness that you deserve – by doing what you love most
